    • Due to high demand, custom wig orders may take up to 1 week for fulfillment.

    • Processing time does not include shipping time. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

    • We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.

    • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

    • Shipping times may vary for international orders.

    • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  4. After Shipment

    • Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or loss that may occur during transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience any issues with your shipment.

    • We accept payments through PayPal, regular checkout, and Klarna.

      • If you choose PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account; you can simply select “Pay with Debit or Credit” to enter your card information.

      • Klarna CANNONT be used for wholesale checkout.

      • Klarna cannot be used for gift card purchases.

    • Important: Klarna cannot be used for booking services or consultations.

  4. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed as quickly as possible, with regular checkout processing time taking up to 3 business days.

    • We recommend using PayPal for faster processing.

  5. Custom Wig Orders

    • For custom wig orders, you must provide accurate head measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the measurements provided are inaccurate. No exchanges or refunds will be granted for sizing errors.

  6. Refund and Return Policy

    • All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or returns unless paid with Klarna, in this event you have 14 days to return unused, unopened products complete return to be eligible for refund.

    • If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before making a purchase to ensure that all details are correct.

  7. Order Fulfillment

    • Orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
